  • What happens if I exceed the search limit on my plan?
    If you exceed the search limit on your plan, you'll be notified and given the option to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your usage resets at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  • Do I need to input my credit card for a free account?
    No. You only need to provide your email address to start exploring CarrierFinder.
  • How do I access an add-on service?
    While CarrierFinder primarily serves as a fiber search tool, we also provide select add-on services exclusively available with a Professional edition subscription. These services cater to various needs, such as bulk searches, integrating fiber search into your website as a lead generator, or utilizing our API for seamless connectivity. To unlock these additional services, simply follow these steps: Create a free CarrierFinder account. Upgrade to the Professional edition and select your desired add-on service.   • How do I upgrade my account?
    To upgrade your account, start by creating a free account if you haven't already. Once logged in, you can initiate the upgrade process. Look for the banner at the top of the screen prompting you to upgrade your plan. Click on it to choose the plan that best suits your needs and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.   • Can I change my plan at any time?
    Yes. You can update your plan at any time. Navigate to your account settings and select upgrade. Then simply follow the prompts. Please note, downgrades may result in loss of certain functionality. Contact us at support@carrierfinder.com if you have any questions or need assistance.
  • How do I add user licenses to my account?
    Upgrade your account and select more users. Alternatively, send an email to support@carrierfinder.com and we'll get you set up.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
    Yes, we offer discounts for annual subscriptions. Be sure to select the annual plan when upgrading your account.
