We’re excited to announce CarrierFinder 2.2 — our most powerful update yet. With real-time carrier checks, live pricing, a redesigned interface, CarrierFinder is now faster, smarter, and more forward-looking than ever.

What’s new in 2.2:

⚡ Real-Time Carrier Checks (via API) with a Brand New Interface

The biggest upgrade in CarrierFinder 2.2 is here: real-time carrier availability via API.

When you search an address, you’ll now see live results from major carriers including:

Fiber: Spectrum, Comcast, Zayo, Lumen
Coax: Comcast and Spectrum

Each check tells you if the location is on-net, near-net, or out-of-footprint, giving you a real-time read on broadband availability and service feasibility. You can even view product-level details, so you know exactly what each carrier says they can deliver.

In some cases, real-time API results may differ from lit building data — and that’s expected. Each comes from a different source, and together they give you a more complete view of the site. It’s all about boosting confidence in your connectivity radar, not relying on a single signal.

To support this upgrade, we’ve redesigned the interface around a new Carrier Snapshot — a clean pop-up that shows lit status, Telco and CableCo, FCC broadband data, and now API results, all in one place.

Plus, we’ve unified the map and list view so you can browse lit buildings and fiber routes side-by-side for faster exploration.

💰 First-Ever Live Pricing (Momentum Integration)

We’re excited to introduce live pricing, powered by our new integration with Momentum’s API — a major step forward in transparency and speed.

After you search an address, simply click “Run Pricing” to check real-time rates from Momentum. It’s a simple way to quickly compare internet providers at that location.

This gives you a quick read on cost and feasibility — right from within the platform.

Of course, this is just the beginning. If you're researching multiple locations, need a custom solution, or want to compare across providers, you can still request pricing with and our team can validate availability and often uncover additional options beyond the initial API result.

🤖 Meet Our First AI Feature: Fun Facts While You Wait

While you’re waiting for Momentum’s pricing to load, you might notice something new — our first-ever AI-powered chatbot.

It doesn’t give support (yet), but it does share interesting telecom facts while the system fetches real-time pricing. It’s a small feature with a big implication: this marks the first step toward bringing true AI capabilities into CarrierFinder.

We’re just getting started — and this sets the stage for smarter, AI-driven features in future releases.
